The Miami Beach index continues here, running from the L names to the end of the alphabet: ninety more hotels, hostels and rental buildings. Seventy-three of these drops cost $80 from the terminal. Fourteen more sit at $120, and three Surfside and Bal Harbour rows reach $250 and $550. Every figure is quoted for the whole vehicle and locked at the moment you book — no per-person arithmetic, and nobody outside your group in the car.
Disembarkation is the only timing we need. Send the ship name and the hour your line has you off it, and the car is scheduled around that; the driver stands by at the terminal ground transport curb once bags and customs are behind you. Ground transport layouts for the piers are published by Miami-Dade County, and nothing about the meeting requires a phone call from the pier.
A message with the hotel name, the date and how many are travelling is enough to start. We reply with the rate you see in the table, then a 50% deposit by payment link or Zelle takes the vehicle off the board. The balance goes to the driver in cash when you arrive. If a marathon or a boat show has the island busy, the local event calendar is worth a look before you pick a pickup time.
The black SUV carries up to five passengers. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter covers six to nine, and the extended Sprinter goes to fourteen. Allow one checked bag and one carry-on each; anything beyond that — surfboards, golf bags, a stroller and a wheelchair together — needs a heads-up on the booking chat so we send the right body.
One. The Sprinter seats six to nine with matching luggage space, so the group stays intact and the fare stays single. Past nine we switch to the larger Sprinter rather than splitting you across two cars. Send the headcount and the checked-bag total when you ask for the quote; bags decide this more often than people do.
That is the normal shape of a debarkation day and it changes nothing about the transfer. The drop is made at the hotel entrance with your luggage; whether the property stores it until the room opens is between you and the front desk. If you would rather keep a car for the day instead, say so and we will price that separately.
