On domestic flights, we allow as much as 60 minutes of waiting once you land.
With international flights, the complimentary window stretches to 120 minutes.
At hotels, there’s a 15-minute grace window.
At ports, we hold for up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
That’s uncommon, given the two complimentary waiting hours already built in. Remain inside the airport past that point and the trip could be treated as a no-show. You may also ask for more waiting time, priced at US$ 30 for each extra 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.
Yes. Loading and unloading your luggage is something our drivers handle.
