📅 Should I reserve ahead of time?

Booking at least 24 hours ahead is best. Around holidays and the busier weekends, reserve early so you get the best availability.

🌎 Can I reserve from outside the U.S.?

Absolutely, we take bookings from anywhere on the globe. International payments are welcome and we keep travelers posted through WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Is a last-minute ride possible?

No. We handle reservations booked ahead only. Aim to book at least four hours out; same-day rides depend on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit part of the booking?

Yes. To lock in your reservation, we request a 50% down payment for bookings under $199 USD and 30% for bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 May I settle the balance in cash on arrival?

No. To hold the vehicle, a 50% deposit must be sent through our payment link or by Zelle. Whatever remains can then be paid in cash once the driver shows up.

🚗 Are airport pickups all you do?

No. Beyond the airport, we also cover hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants and private addresses.

🚖 Which vehicles and capacities are available?

Our lineup includes XL SUVs for smaller parties, vans for 12 and 14 passengers, and full-size buses holding 40 to 54 people — great for big events.

🎉 Can you handle weddings or special occasions?

Yes. We cover weddings, corporate conferences, VIP functions and other special moments. Get in touch for a custom quote.

📶 Is onboard Wi-Fi or charging available?

A few vehicles in the fleet come with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Tell us ahead of time if it’s a must-have and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will other passengers share the ride?

No. We only run private transfers. The vehicle is held exclusively for you and your group, with no shared seating.

✈️ What if my flight is early, delayed or canceled?

No worries. We follow your flight live and shift the pickup time when it’s needed, at no extra cost.

🔁 And should my flight land early, run late or get canceled?

Pass along the new details as soon as you can and we’ll rework your booking while we keep an eye on the updated flight.

📍 Do you provide meet-and-greet at the airport?

We mostly do curbside pickup. Just text us your exit gate and the driver reaches you within minutes — often quicker than the classic sign-holding option.

If you’d rather the driver stand inside the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before you travel, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model and the plate number, plus clear directions for curbside pickup.

📞 What should I do if I can't reach the driver?

Relax. We’ll text you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back promptly, the driver heads straight to the international arrivals hall on their own. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver wait once I land?

On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after you arrive.

On international flights, the courtesy window is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes past the arranged time.

⏳ What if a passenger needs more than two hours to clear the airport?

That’s uncommon, since two free hours of waiting are already built in. If you’re still inside the airport past that point, the ride may count as a no-show. You can also ask for more waiting time at US$ 30 for each extra 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.

👜 Will the driver assist with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers give you a hand loading and unloading your bags.

📦 Do you take extra or oversized bags?

The usual allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per person.

Carrying bulkier or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility gear or strollers? Let us know in advance so we can reserve the room. An added fee may apply.

🐾 May I bring my dog or cat along?

Yes. Small pets can come as long as they travel in a secure carrier. Please tell us beforehand.

👶 Are child car seats part of the service?

Yes. We provide one complimentary child seat for kids under five. Need an extra one? Ask ahead of time; it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Am I allowed to eat or drink in the car?

We ask that you skip eating during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is permitted onboard.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a brief, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to fit it in. A small charge may apply for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us at least 24 hours’ heads-up and, depending on availability, we’ll shift your pickup time.

💲 Are there any charges on top of the quoted price?

No. The price we quote is what you pay — no hidden extras. Tipping the driver is entirely optional and up to you; it’s always appreciated.
