No. To hold the vehicle, a 50% deposit must be sent through our payment link or by Zelle. Whatever remains can then be paid in cash once the driver shows up.

We mostly do curbside pickup. Just text us your exit gate and the driver reaches you within minutes — often quicker than the classic sign-holding option.

The day before you travel, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model and the plate number, plus clear directions for curbside pickup.
Relax. We’ll text you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back promptly, the driver heads straight to the international arrivals hall on their own. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave a passenger stranded.
On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after you arrive.
On international flights, the courtesy window is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes past the arranged time.
That’s uncommon, since two free hours of waiting are already built in. If you’re still inside the airport past that point, the ride may count as a no-show. You can also ask for more waiting time at US$ 30 for each extra 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.

The usual allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per person.
