📅 Should I reserve ahead of time?

Booking at least 24 hours out is our advice. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving early is the best way to lock in availability.

🌎 Can I reserve from another country?

Absolutely — we take bookings from travelers anywhere on the globe. International payments are welcome, and we keep you posted through WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Is a last-minute pickup possible?

No. We handle advance reservations only. Booking at least four hours ahead is recommended; same-day rides depend on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit available at booking?

Yes. To lock in your ride, we request a 50% down payment on bookings under $199 USD and 30% on bookings of $200 USD and above.

💵 May I pay what's left in cash on arrival?

No. To hold and confirm the vehicle, a 50% deposit must come through our payment link or via Zelle. Whatever’s left can be handed to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Do you handle airport pickups only?

No. Beyond the airport, we also cover hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and seat counts are available?

Our fleet spans XL SUVs for small groups, vans seating 12 and 14 passengers, and full-size buses holding 40 to 54 people — perfect for big events.

🎉 Can I arrange transport for a wedding or special occasion?

📶 Are Wi-Fi or charging ports available on board?

Part of our fleet carries Wi-Fi and USB ports. Tell us ahead of time if this matters to you, and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits your needs.

👥 Will other passengers share the ride?

No. We run private transfers exclusively. The vehicle is booked just for you and your group, with no shared seating whatsoever.

✈️ What if my flight is early, running late, or canceled?

Not a concern. We follow your flight live and shift the pickup time whenever it’s needed, with no extra charge.

🔁 What should I do if my flight comes in early, gets delayed, or is canceled?

Pass the new details to us as soon as you can, and we’ll update your booking while we keep an eye on the revised flight status.

📍 Is meet-and-greet available at the airport?

Curbside pickup is our usual approach. Just text your exit gate and the driver will pull up within a few minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.

If you’d rather the driver wait inside the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up for $20

🚘 How do I spot my driver at pickup?

One day before you travel, we’ll message you the driver’s name, vehicle model, and plate number, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.

📞 What should I do if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically move to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll come to you; we never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How much waiting time do I get after I arrive?

On domestic flights, we provide up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.

On international flights, the courtesy window runs up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if a passenger needs more than two hours to exit the airport?

That’s uncommon, given we already build in two free hours of waiting. If you remain inside the airport after that, the ride may be counted as a no-show. You can also ask for extra waiting time, priced at US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver assist with my bags?

Yes. Our drivers help you load and unload your luggage.

📦 Do you take extra or oversized luggage?

The standard limit is one large suitcase plus one carry-on for each person.

Bringing bigger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility gear, or strollers? Let us know beforehand so we can set aside the room. An extra charge may apply.

🐾 May I travel with my dog or cat?

Yes. Small pets are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please tell us ahead of time.

👶 Are child car seats part of the service?

Yes. One free child car seat comes with the ride for kids under five. Need a second seat? Ask ahead of time; it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Am I allowed to eat or drink on the way?

We’d appreciate no eating during the trip. Only sealed bottles of water are permitted on board.

🚧 Can we pull over for a brief stop en route?

Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if you arrange a short, nearby stop beforehand, we’ll do our best to fit it in. A small charge may apply for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after I've booked?

Yes. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and, depending on availability, we’ll shift your pickup time.

💲 Are there any charges on top of the quoted price?

No. What we quote is what you pay — no hidden extras. Chauffeur gratuity stays optional and up to you; it’s always appreciated.
