Yes. To lock in your reservation we collect a 50% down payment for bookings below $199 USD, and 30% for bookings of $200 USD or higher.
No. To hold the vehicle you first send a 50% deposit by payment link or Zelle. Whatever is left can then be paid in cash once the driver shows up.

The day before you travel, we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back promptly, the driver automatically proceeds to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you — we never leave a passenger stranded.
On domestic flights we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.
On international flights the courtesy window is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups we hold up to 60 minutes beyond the arranged time.
That’s uncommon, given we already build in two complimentary hours of waiting. If you’re still inside the airport past that, the ride can count as a no-show. You may also ask for more waiting time at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your luggage.
The standard allowance is one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Bringing bulkier or additional items — extra bags, musical instruments, mobility equipment or strollers? Let us know beforehand so we can set aside the room. An extra fee may apply.
Yes. Small pets are welcome as long as they travel in a secure carrier. Please give us advance notice.
Yes. One free child car seat is included for children under five. Need an additional seat? Request it ahead of time; the charge is US$ 15.
We’d rather you not eat while riding. Only water in sealed bottles is permitted on board.
Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base rate. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll try to fit it in. A modest fee may apply for the extra time.

No. The quote you get is the final figure — no hidden extras. The driver’s tip is optional and up to you; it’s always appreciated.
