This is a terminal-to-door private transfer to or from Port of Miami and DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops — about 151 miles and 153–164 minutes along I-595 — booked in advance at a flat rate from $350 per vehicle, with a bilingual chauffeur and full luggage assistance included.
Pricing is flat and per vehicle for the one-way run — the group travels together for a single locked fare, tolls and fuel included.
Skip the taxi line and the luggage-on-the-sidewalk scramble — reserve a reserved black SUV in advance and the terminal pickup is planned around your ship, not around app availability.
From the pier it is one run along I-595 — about 151 miles — ending at the door of DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops.
The booking terms fit on one hand — deposit, balance, refund window, done.
At the hotel, look for your driver at the main entrance. At the port, the pickup is coordinated by message as you walk off, and the included 30-minute wait window absorbs slow gangways.
Most cruises start with a flight — we also run the MIA and FLL airport legs on the same flat-rate, private basis, so the whole travel day can sit under one booking thread.
Fort Myers grew up around Edison’s winter estate on the Caloosahatchee; today its River District supplies the coast’s liveliest downtown.
The hotel side — amenities, luggage holds, early check-in — is covered at DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops’s official page.
For corporate sailings out of Fort Myers, one coordinated pickup beats a dozen app receipts: one vehicle, one invoice, one arrival time.
Traveling with little ones after a cruise is routine for us:
Ships rarely clear all passengers at one exact minute, so the pickup is planned around your ship’s arrival with the included 30-minute wait absorbing customs and the luggage hall — you walk out, the vehicle is there, and DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops is next.
The trip normally runs 153–164 minutes for the 151-mile route.
Saturday and Sunday mornings are the port’s rush — thousands of passengers walk off the ships at once — so the pickup is timed to your actual disembarkation, with the I-595 traffic already priced into the plan.
It feels closer to riding with friends than hailing a car — a superior service, personal and organized, with the vehicle reserved for your group alone.
Courtesy wait time is included on every booking:
A few things sit outside the fare, so you can plan for them:
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Roughly 153 to 164 minutes terminal to door, depending on traffic and the hour.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger in the SUV; the vans carry proportionally more. Message us about oversized items and we confirm the right vehicle.
Yes — book both legs together (each priced at the flat one-way rate) and the return pickup is scheduled for your sailing date.
When the schedule falls outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, this is the only adjustment:
Disembarkation mornings are exactly when app prices spike: thousands of passengers request cars at once and an Uber or Lyft fare can multiply at the terminal curb. A reserved transfer to DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops is priced before any of that happens, and it cannot move.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.
Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either, and any comparison reflects publicly available pricing.
Send the date, group size, and your ship and we confirm the vehicle to DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops with the pickup staged around your arrival.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.

Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.
Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.
No. The price we quote is what you pay — nothing hidden. A driver tip is optional and entirely up to you; it’s always appreciated.
