Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Ocean Drive Suites: roughly 5.5 miles, 16–18 minutes by SR A1A and MacArthur Causeway, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $80 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle one way, to or from the cruise terminals — never per person, never surge-priced.
Skip the taxi line and the luggage-on-the-sidewalk scramble — reserve a reserved black SUV in advance and the terminal pickup is planned around your ship, not around app availability.
Your driver follows SR A1A and MacArthur Causeway for the 5.5-mile hop and drops the group at the entrance, bags carried to the curb beside you.
If you stay on after the cruise, Ocean Drive and Lummus Park Beach are close by, with Española Way and the New World Center also nearby in South Beach.
Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:
For early arrivals and late flights we run flexible, private hourly tours straight from the cruise terminals — the luggage stays locked in the vehicle while you explore.
Staying at Ocean Drive Suites puts the shoreline steps away — plenty of guests trade the ship’s pool for real sand the same afternoon they disembark.
Tell us the ship and arrival date and we stage the vehicle for the morning rush: self-assist walkers come off early, checked-luggage groups later, and either way the driver is coordinated by message as you exit.
South Beach is where many cruisers stay the night before sailing: Art Deco hotels, Ocean Drive people-watching, and Lincoln Road shopping, all a short causeway hop from the ship.
Child safety seats are part of the service:
The fare includes complimentary waiting:
The flat rate is honest because its edges are clear — these are not included:
The trip normally runs 16–18 minutes for the 5.5-mile route.
Saturday and Sunday mornings are the port’s rush — thousands of passengers walk off the ships at once — so the pickup is timed to your actual disembarkation, with the SR A1A and MacArthur Causeway traffic already priced into the plan.
Every booking gets its own vehicle and chauffeur — a superior service built around your sailing, not a pooled shuttle making the rounds.
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Roughly 16 to 18 minutes terminal to door, depending on traffic and the hour.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Yes — book both legs together (each priced at the flat one-way rate) and the return pickup is scheduled for your sailing date.
For dawn embarkations or late-night returns, a modest after-hours amount applies:
The difference shows at 8 AM on a turnaround Saturday: app queues and climbing multipliers at the port exits on one side; on the other, a chauffeur already staged at your terminal at a fare set days ago.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.

Groups of 15 or more, or drop-offs outside the listed areas, are also arranged by message — write to us and we build the plan around your ship.
Message first rather than calling — we are often mid-service with other clients and answer texts fastest.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.
On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.
On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace window.
For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
This is uncommon, given that two complimentary hours of waiting are already built in. If you remain inside the airport past that point, the ride can be treated as a no-show. You may also ask for more waiting time, priced at US$ 30 for every additional 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.
Yes. Our drivers give a hand loading and unloading your luggage.
The standard limit is one large suitcase plus one carry-on for each traveler.

Yes. Small pets are welcome, provided they remain in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up in advance.
Yes. One free child car seat comes with the ride for kids under five. Need an additional seat? Request it ahead of time; it runs US$ 15.
We’d appreciate it if you didn’t eat while traveling. Only water in sealed bottles may be brought on board.
Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.
Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.
