Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites: roughly 108.4 miles, 138–145 minutes by Southwest 8th Street and US-41, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $350 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle one way, to or from the cruise terminals — never per person, never surge-priced.
The most reliable option is a pre-booked private transfer: a private SUV assigned to your group, timed to your ship’s arrival, staged at the terminal when you walk off.
From the pier it is one run along Southwest 8th Street and US-41 — about 108.4 miles — ending at the door of Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites.
Marco Island rises out of the Ten Thousand Islands with a crescent of Gulf beach, resort towers, and mangrove backwaters full of dolphins.
Anything about the stay itself lives at Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites’s official page; the ride to the ship is our part.
Families come off the ships every week — the car seat side is handled:
Ships rarely clear all passengers at one exact minute, so the pickup is planned around your ship’s arrival with the included 30-minute wait absorbing customs and the luggage hall — you walk out, the vehicle is there, and Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites is next.
The trip normally runs 138–145 minutes for the 108.4-mile route.
Traffic on Southwest 8th Street and US-41 is the only variable, which is why the pickup follows your ship’s actual arrival with room to spare rather than a slot cut to the minute.
It feels closer to riding with friends than hailing a car — premium service, personal and organized, with the vehicle reserved for your group alone.
The fare includes complimentary waiting:
For a clean, surprise-free total, here is what stays outside the quoted price:
Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:
Marco Island Beach and Tigertail Beach sit within easy reach of the stay, with the Ten Thousand Islands and Cape Romano also nearby in Marco Island.
Most cruises start with a flight — we also run the MIA and FLL airport legs on the same flat-rate, private basis, so the whole travel day can sit under one booking thread.
At your ship’s own terminal on Dodge Island — the driver is coordinated by message as you exit the hall and meets your group at the curb. Tell us the cruise line and we stage at the correct terminal.
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
As soon as your group clears the terminal — self-assist walkers are often out within the first hour, checked-luggage groups a little later. Your booking includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait, so the pace of customs never costs you the ride.
Yes. One seat for a child under 5 rides free on every booking; additional seats carry a small fee listed in the add-ons section of this page.
We watch the port schedule and shift the pickup to the ship’s actual arrival — no penalty, no re-booking. The same applies to delayed flights on airport legs.
Ships sail on their own clock — pickups outside the 7:00 AM–9:00 PM window carry a small surcharge:
An app assigns whoever is nearby, in whatever car they drive, at whatever the surge says. A reservation assigns a specific vehicle to your group at a fixed fare, staged for your ship’s arrival — a different product for a morning when everyone leaves at once.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.

A short message with your travel date, party size, and cruise line is enough — we reply with the confirmed flat rate and the terminal pickup plan for Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.

On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.
