Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Osceola County Convention Center: roughly 237.7 miles, 240–248 minutes by Florida’s Turnpike, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle one way, to or from the cruise terminals — never per person, never surge-priced.
Skip the taxi line and the luggage-on-the-sidewalk scramble — reserve a reserved black SUV in advance and the terminal pickup is planned around your ship, not around app availability.
From the pier it is one run along Florida’s Turnpike — about 237.7 miles — ending at the door of Osceola County Convention Center.
Guests here often fit in ChampionsGate and Reunion Resort once they land ashore, with Lake Louisa State Park and Posner Park also nearby in the Davenport & Clermont area.
The booking terms fit on one hand — deposit, balance, refund window, done.
Leaving for the ship, the chauffeur meets you at the hotel entrance and loads the bags; coming off the ship, the car is staged for the terminal curb once your group clears the exit — with 30 minutes of courtesy wait built in.
For early arrivals and late flights we run flexible, private hourly tours straight from the cruise terminals — the luggage stays locked in the vehicle while you explore.
Davenport and ChampionsGate host Orlando’s vacation-home belt — gated pool-home resorts and golf southwest of Disney, with Clermont’s lake hills above.
The hotel side — amenities, luggage holds, early check-in — is covered at Osceola County Convention Center’s official page.
Families come off the ships every week — the car seat side is handled:
Choose by headcount and luggage — every option is private and runs direct between the terminals and Osceola County Convention Center.
The trip normally runs 240–248 minutes for the 237.7-mile route.
Disembarkation mornings stack up fast at the terminal exits; your driver is staged before you clear the hall, so the wait is theirs, not yours, and Florida’s Turnpike does the rest.
We keep it personal: one group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a superior service from the first message to the terminal curb.
Courtesy wait time is included on every booking:
A few things sit outside the fare, so you can plan for them:
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Roughly 240 to 248 minutes terminal to door, depending on traffic and the hour.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger in the SUV; the vans carry proportionally more. Message us about oversized items and we confirm the right vehicle.
Yes — book both legs together (each priced at the flat one-way rate) and the return pickup is scheduled for your sailing date.
When the schedule falls outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, this is the only adjustment:
Disembarkation mornings are exactly when app prices spike: thousands of passengers request cars at once and an Uber or Lyft fare can multiply at the terminal curb. A reserved transfer to Osceola County Convention Center is priced before any of that happens, and it cannot move.
After a week at sea, certainty beats convenience-on-demand: the reservation carries a built-in wait window, luggage help at the curb, and a driver who has run these terminals hundreds of times.
Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either, and any comparison reflects publicly available pricing.
Groups of 15 or more, or drop-offs outside the listed areas, are also arranged by message — write to us and we build the plan around your ship.
Written messages reach us fastest; while driving we cannot always take calls, but WhatsApp and SMS get quick replies.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.
