Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Champions World Resort: roughly 236.3 miles, 241–251 minutes by Florida’s Turnpike, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle one way, to or from the cruise terminals — never per person, never surge-priced.
The most reliable option is a pre-booked private transfer: a reserved black SUV assigned to your group, timed to your ship’s arrival, staged at the terminal when you walk off.
Your driver follows Florida’s Turnpike for the 236.3-mile hop and drops the group at the entrance, bags carried to the curb beside you.
ChampionsGate and the Clermont chain of lakes sit within easy reach of the stay, with Lake Louisa State Park and Posner Park also nearby in the Davenport & Clermont area.
Reserving is simple: half now, half on the day, and a fair cancellation window.
Hotel pickups happen at the lobby door at the agreed hour. Terminal pickups are timed to disembarkation, with half an hour of free waiting so customs lines never cost you the ride.
If your itinerary includes MIA or FLL, ask for the airport leg when you message us: same vehicles, same flat pricing, one coordinated plan for the day.
Tell us the ship and arrival date and we stage the vehicle for the morning rush: self-assist walkers come off early, checked-luggage groups later, and either way the driver is coordinated by message as you exit.
West of I-4’s Disney exits, ChampionsGate and Reunion fill with golf resorts and rental villas — the parks are minutes away, the crowds aren’t.

Traveling with little ones after a cruise is routine for us:
Courtesy wait time is included on every booking:
A few things sit outside the fare, so you can plan for them:
The trip normally runs 241–251 minutes for the 236.3-mile route.
Saturday and Sunday mornings are the port’s rush — thousands of passengers walk off the ships at once — so the pickup is timed to your actual disembarkation, with the Florida’s Turnpike traffic already priced into the plan.
Every booking gets its own vehicle and chauffeur — a higher level of service built around your sailing, not a pooled shuttle making the rounds.
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger in the SUV; the vans carry proportionally more. Message us about oversized items and we confirm the right vehicle.
Yes — book both legs together (each priced at the flat one-way rate) and the return pickup is scheduled for your sailing date.
When the schedule falls outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, this is the only adjustment:
Disembarkation mornings are exactly when app prices spike: thousands of passengers request cars at once and an Uber or Lyft fare can multiply at the terminal curb. A reserved transfer to Champions World Resort is priced before any of that happens, and it cannot move.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.
Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either, and any comparison reflects publicly available pricing.
Send the date, group size, and your ship and we confirm the vehicle to Champions World Resort with the pickup staged around your arrival.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.
On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.
On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace window.
For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
This is uncommon, given that two complimentary hours of waiting are already built in. If you remain inside the airport past that point, the ride can be treated as a no-show. Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.
Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.
