Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Day-Zee Inn: roughly 213 miles, 213–224 minutes by Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle one way, to or from the cruise terminals — never per person, never surge-priced.
Skip the taxi line and the luggage-on-the-sidewalk scramble — reserve a dedicated SUV in advance and the terminal pickup is planned around your ship, not around app availability.
From the pier it is one run along Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 — about 213 miles — ending at the door of Day-Zee Inn.
Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:
From Day-Zee Inn the port is a genuine road trip, and that is exactly when a private vehicle earns its keep — space to stretch, your own climate zone, and stops only when you ask.
Child safety seats are part of the service:
Day-Zee Inn is based in St. Cloud, within Central Florida; the transfer serves the property’s own entrance, not a corner nearby.
Ships rarely clear all passengers at one exact minute, so the pickup is planned around your ship’s arrival with the included 30-minute wait absorbing customs and the luggage hall — you walk out, the vehicle is there, and Day-Zee Inn is next.
We keep it personal: one group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and better service from the first message to the terminal curb.
The trip normally runs 213–224 minutes for the 213-mile route.
Traffic on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 is the only variable, which is why the pickup follows your ship’s actual arrival with room to spare rather than a slot cut to the minute.
Every reservation carries free wait time:
For a clean, surprise-free total, here is what stays outside the quoted price:
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Roughly 213 to 224 minutes terminal to door, depending on traffic and the hour.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger in the SUV; the vans carry proportionally more. Message us about oversized items and we confirm the right vehicle.
Yes — book both legs together (each priced at the flat one-way rate) and the return pickup is scheduled for your sailing date.
Ships sail on their own clock — pickups outside the 7:00 AM–9:00 PM window carry a small surcharge:
Disembarkation mornings are exactly when app prices spike: thousands of passengers request cars at once and an Uber or Lyft fare can multiply at the terminal curb. A reserved transfer to Day-Zee Inn is priced before any of that happens, and it cannot move.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.
Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either, and any comparison reflects publicly available pricing.
A short message with your travel date, party size, and cruise line is enough — we reply with the confirmed flat rate and the terminal pickup plan for Day-Zee Inn.
Written messages reach us fastest; while driving we cannot always take calls, but WhatsApp and SMS get quick replies.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.
On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.
On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace window.
For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
This is uncommon, given that two complimentary hours of waiting are already built in. If you remain inside the airport past that point, the ride can be treated as a no-show. You may also ask for more waiting time, priced at US$ 30 for every additional 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.
Yes. Our drivers give a hand loading and unloading your luggage.
The standard limit is one large suitcase plus one carry-on for each traveler.

We’d appreciate it if you didn’t eat while traveling. Only water in sealed bottles may be brought on board.
Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.
Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.
