This is a terminal-to-door private transfer to or from Port of Miami and Reunion Golf and Resort — about 236.5 miles and 235–244 minutes along Florida’s Turnpike — booked in advance at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle, with a bilingual chauffeur and full luggage assistance included.
These are one-way, per-vehicle rates for transfers to or from Port of Miami; the price you book is the price you pay.
Book the ride before you dock and disembarkation becomes the easy part: your reserved black SUV meets you at the terminal and runs straight to Reunion Golf and Resort, no stops.
The chauffeur loads the bags at the terminal curb and takes Florida’s Turnpike, so the roughly 236.5 miles to Reunion Golf and Resort is a single, direct leg.
Davenport and ChampionsGate host Orlando’s vacation-home belt — gated pool-home resorts and golf southwest of Disney, with Clermont’s lake hills above.

Child safety seats are part of the service:
The trip normally runs 235–244 minutes for the 236.5-mile route.
Traffic on Florida’s Turnpike is the only variable, which is why the pickup follows your ship’s actual arrival with room to spare rather than a slot cut to the minute.
We keep it personal: one group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and better service from the first message to the terminal curb.
A few things sit outside the fare, so you can plan for them:
Courtesy wait time is included on every booking:
ChampionsGate and Reunion Resort sit within easy reach of the stay, with the Clermont chain of lakes and Lake Louisa State Park also nearby in the Davenport & Clermont area.
Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:
At the hotel, look for your driver at the main entrance. At the port, the pickup is coordinated by message as you walk off, and the included 30-minute wait window absorbs slow gangways.
From Reunion Golf and Resort the port is a genuine road trip, and that is exactly when a private vehicle earns its keep — space to stretch, your own climate zone, and stops only when you ask.
At your ship’s own terminal on Dodge Island — the driver is coordinated by message as you exit the hall and meets your group at the curb. Tell us the cruise line and we stage at the correct terminal.
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
As soon as your group clears the terminal — self-assist walkers are often out within the first hour, checked-luggage groups a little later. Your booking includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait, so the pace of customs never costs you the ride.
Yes. One seat for a child under 5 rides free on every booking; additional seats carry a small fee listed in the add-ons section of this page.
We watch the port schedule and shift the pickup to the ship’s actual arrival — no penalty, no re-booking. The same applies to delayed flights on airport legs.
For dawn embarkations or late-night returns, a modest after-hours amount applies:
The difference shows at 8 AM on a turnaround Saturday: app queues and climbing multipliers at the port exits on one side; on the other, a chauffeur already staged at your terminal at a fare set days ago.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.

Send the date, group size, and your ship and we confirm the vehicle to Reunion Golf and Resort with the pickup staged around your arrival.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20
The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.
No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.

On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace window.

You may also ask for more waiting time, priced at US$ 30 for every additional 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.

Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.
Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.
