Private Transfer from Port of Miami to Hotel Nana y Mao

This is a terminal-to-door private transfer to or from Port of Miami and Hotel Nana y Mao — about 27.5 miles and 45–62 minutes along Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 — booked in advance at a flat rate from $250 per vehicle, with a bilingual chauffeur and full luggage assistance included.

Port of Miami Transfer Rates to Hotel Nana y Mao 🔖

Pricing is flat and per vehicle for the one-way run — the group travels together for a single locked fare, tolls and fuel included.

  • SUV — private, seats 1 to 5: $250 USD flat, one way.
  • Van — private, seats 6 to 9: $350 USD flat, one way.
  • Van — private, seats 10 to 14: $450 USD flat, one way.

The Essentials for This Cruise Run 🛳️

  • Up to five travelers fit the SUV, bags included.
  • Two van sizes cover parties of six through fourteen.
  • You are picked up curbside at your terminal, not a parking lot.
  • Service reaches every address in North Broward.
  • Drop-off address: 7780 SW 6th St.
  • The price already covers gas, standard tolls, and bag assistance.

Best Way to Get from Port of Miami to Hotel Nana y Mao? 🚙

The most reliable option is a pre-booked private transfer: a dedicated SUV assigned to your group, timed to your ship’s arrival, staged at the terminal when you walk off.

The chauffeur loads the bags at the terminal curb and takes Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, so the roughly 27.5 miles to Hotel Nana y Mao is a single, direct leg.

Items Billed Separately 🎒

The flat rate is honest because its edges are clear — these are not included:

  • Driver gratuity — always optional, always appreciated.
  • Food and beverages along the way.
  • Parking fees, when a stop requires them.
  • Detours off the booked route.
  • Third-party services (porters, cruise-line fees).
  • Extra pickup points — each booking covers one pickup location.

Included With the Transfer ✅

  • On-time pickup at your hotel, residence, or the cruise terminal.
  • Bilingual chauffeur — Spanish and English, experienced with the port.
  • Full luggage assistance at both ends of the trip.
  • Gas and standard tolls — already inside the flat rate.
  • Exclusive vehicle use — your group only, never shared.
  • Complimentary wait time — details in the list below.

Every reservation carries free wait time:

  • International flights: up to 2 hours after landing.
  • Domestic flights: up to 1 hour after landing.
  • Hotel and residence pickups: 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
  • Port of Miami pickups: 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

Why Cruisers Choose This Service 💺

Every booking gets its own vehicle and chauffeur — premium service built around your sailing, not a pooled shuttle making the rounds.

  • Punctual, experienced chauffeurs, bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Spotless, climate-controlled vehicles — some with WiFi and USB ports.
  • One flat fare locked at booking, immune to cruise-morning surge.
  • Quick answers on WhatsApp or SMS before and during the trip.

Planning Your Arrival Hour ⏰

The trip normally runs 45–62 minutes for the 27.5-mile route.

Traffic on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 is the only variable, which is why the pickup follows your ship’s actual arrival with room to spare rather than a slot cut to the minute.

Extra Services Available 🚙

Families come off the ships every week — the car seat side is handled:

  • Child car seat: one seat for a child under 5 is free; each additional seat is $15 USD.

A Little About North Broward 🌇

Sawgrass Mills draws the crowds out west, while Sunrise, Plantation, and Coral Springs supply the quiet residential grid around it.

Airport Connections Handled 🚙

If your itinerary includes MIA or FLL, ask for the airport leg when you message us: same vehicles, same flat pricing, one coordinated plan for the day.

Around Hotel Nana y Mao After You Dock 🌇

Guests here often fit in Sawgrass Mills and Amerant Bank Arena once they land ashore, with the Plantation Historical Museum and Tradewinds Park also nearby in North Broward.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation 🖊️

Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:

  • To lock the date: a 50% deposit confirms the vehicle.
  • On the day: the remaining balance is settled in cash.
  • Ways to pay: Zelle, an international bank transfer (we send the details), or a secure card link (4% fee).
  • One date: each reservation is valid for its booked date only.
  • Refunds: cancel 48 hours or more ahead and the refund is full.

What Travelers Ask Us ❓

Where does the driver meet us at Port of Miami?

At your ship’s own terminal on Dodge Island — the driver is coordinated by message as you exit the hall and meets your group at the curb. Tell us the cruise line and we stage at the correct terminal.

How soon after docking can we actually leave?

As soon as your group clears the terminal — self-assist walkers are often out within the first hour, checked-luggage groups a little later. Your booking includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait, so the pace of customs never costs you the ride.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes. One seat for a child under 5 rides free on every booking; additional seats carry a small fee listed in the add-ons section of this page.

What happens if my ship arrives late?

We watch the port schedule and shift the pickup to the ship’s actual arrival — no penalty, no re-booking. The same applies to delayed flights on airport legs.

Outside Daytime Hours 🌒

Ships sail on their own clock — pickups outside the 7:00 AM–9:00 PM window carry a small surcharge:

  • SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: pickups outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM add a fixed $20 USD to the trip.
  • Van, 6 to 14 passengers: pickups outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM add 10% of the trip price.

Against the App Alternative 🚙

Disembarkation mornings are exactly when app prices spike: thousands of passengers request cars at once and an Uber or Lyft fare can multiply at the terminal curb. A reserved transfer to Hotel Nana y Mao is priced before any of that happens, and it cannot move.

Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.

Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either, and any comparison reflects publicly available pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions we receive from travelers.

📅 Should I reserve ahead of time?

Booking a minimum of 24 hours out is our advice. During holidays and busy weekends, reserving early helps guarantee you get a spot.

🌎 Is booking possible from another country?

Absolutely, we take reservations from anywhere on the globe. International payments are welcome, and we keep travelers in the loop through WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Is a last-minute ride an option?

No. We handle advance reservations only. Booking at least four hours ahead is recommended; same-day rides depend on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to reserve?

Yes. To lock in your booking, we request a 50% down payment for reservations below $199 USD and 30% for reservations of $200 USD or higher.

💵 May I pay the remaining amount in cash upon arrival?

No. To hold and guarantee the vehicle, a 50% deposit must be sent through our payment link or via Zelle. Whatever’s left can be paid in cash once the driver shows up.

🚗 Is airport pickup the only thing you do?

No. Beyond the airport, we also cover hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and seating capacities are available?

We run XL SUVs for smaller parties, vans seating 12 and 14, and full-size buses holding 40 to 54 passengers — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Is transportation available for weddings or special occasions?

Yes. We handle weddings, corporate conferences, VIP functions, and other special events. Get in touch for a personalized quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi or charging ports available on board?

A number of vehicles in our fleet come with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Tell us ahead of time if it’s a must-have, and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits your needs.

👥 Will other passengers share the ride with me?

No. We only do private transfers. The vehicle is set aside just for you and your party, with no shared seating whatsoever.

✈️ What if my flight lands early, runs late, or gets canceled?

Not an issue. We follow your flight live and shift the pickup time as needed, with no added cost.

🔁 And should my flight come in early, be delayed, or be canceled?

Pass along the updated details as soon as you can, and we’ll revise your booking while keeping an eye on the new flight status.

📍 Do you provide meet-and-greet inside the airport?

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.

Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20

🚘 How do I identify my driver at pickup?

The day before your ride, we’ll message you the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and its license plate, plus step-by-step curbside pickup directions.

📞 What should I do if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to stress. We’ll message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will automatically make his way to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll locate you; we never leave anyone stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver wait once I land?

On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of waiting after arrival.

On international flights, the courtesy window stretches to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace window.

For port pickups, we hold up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

⏳ What if a passenger needs more than two hours to exit the airport?

This is uncommon, given that two complimentary hours of waiting are already built in. If you remain inside the airport past that point, the ride can be treated as a no-show. You may also ask for more waiting time, priced at US$ 30 for every additional 30-minute block, paid in cash straight to the driver.

👜 Will the driver assist with my bags?

Yes. Our drivers give a hand loading and unloading your luggage.

📦 Do you allow extra or oversized luggage?

The standard limit is one large suitcase plus one carry-on for each traveler.

Bringing bulkier or extra items — additional suitcases, musical instruments, mobility gear, or strollers? Let us know beforehand so we can set aside the room. There may be an extra fee.

🐾 May I bring my dog or cat along?

Yes. Small pets are welcome, provided they remain in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up in advance.

👶 Are child car seats included with the service?

Yes. One free child car seat comes with the ride for kids under five. Need an additional seat? Request it ahead of time; it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Am I allowed to eat or drink on the ride?

We’d appreciate it if you didn’t eat while traveling. Only water in sealed bottles may be brought on board.

🚧 Can we fit in a brief stop along the way?

Unplanned stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, if a short, nearby stop is set up in advance, we’ll do our best to work it in. A modest charge may apply depending on the extra time.

🕒 Am I able to adjust my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll move your pickup time.

💲 Are there any extra costs on top of the quoted fare?

No. The price we quote is what you pay — nothing hidden. A driver tip is optional and entirely up to you; it’s always appreciated.
