Ride private to or from Port of Miami and Maingate Lakeside Resort: roughly 234 miles, 235–246 minutes by Florida’s Turnpike, reserved ahead at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. One group per vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a pickup staged for your ship’s arrival — never a shared shuttle.
These are one-way, per-vehicle rates for transfers to or from Port of Miami; the price you book is the price you pay.
Book the ride before you dock and disembarkation becomes the easy part: your reserved black SUV meets you at the terminal and runs straight to Maingate Lakeside Resort, no stops.
Your driver follows Florida’s Turnpike for the 234-mile hop and drops the group at the entrance, bags carried to the curb beside you.
Guests here often fit in US-192 / Irlo Bronson Highway and Old Town Kissimmee once they land ashore, with Gatorland and the Kissimmee Lakefront also nearby in Kissimmee.
Payment stays flexible while the reservation stays firm:
A gap between disembarkation and departure does not have to be spent at a food court: book the vehicle by the hour and see the city instead, bags safely aboard.
On a run this long the difference between a packed shuttle and your own vehicle is the whole day: you set the departure, the pace, and the playlist.
Child safety seats are part of the service:
South of Disney, Kissimmee lines the Irlo Bronson Highway with resorts and pool-home communities, with Lake Toho’s airboats nearby.

Whatever the group size, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the run from the port.
It feels closer to riding with friends than hailing a car — a higher level of service, personal and organized, with the vehicle reserved for your group alone.
Budget 235 to 246 minutes between Port of Miami and Maingate Lakeside Resort, depending on the hour.
Traffic on Florida’s Turnpike is the only variable, which is why the pickup follows your ship’s actual arrival with room to spare rather than a slot cut to the minute.
The flat rate is honest because its edges are clear — these are not included:
Every reservation carries free wait time:
For the whole vehicle. The flat rate above covers your entire group one way — it does not increase per passenger.
Roughly 235 to 246 minutes terminal to door, depending on traffic and the hour.
Yes — the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg. Book both directions together and each pickup is planned around your ship’s schedule.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger in the SUV; the vans carry proportionally more. Message us about oversized items and we confirm the right vehicle.
When the schedule falls outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, this is the only adjustment:
The difference shows at 8 AM on a turnaround Saturday: app queues and climbing multipliers at the port exits on one side; on the other, a chauffeur already staged at your terminal at a fare set days ago.
Coming off a ship with the whole passenger list, the calculus is simple — a locked fare and a driver already assigned, instead of hoping the nearest car accepts a trip from the port at rush hour.

A short message with your travel date, party size, and cruise line is enough — we reply with the confirmed flat rate and the terminal pickup plan for Maingate Lakeside Resort.

Curbside pickup is our main approach. Just message us your exit gate and the driver will roll up within minutes — typically quicker than the classic sign-holding option.
Should you rather have the driver wait in the terminal holding a sign with your name, we can set that up too for $20

First class service. ended up cheaper than the Uber Black we got last trip. Trip took about 25 minutes.
Got us to the conference 20 min before the keynote.
Easy booking. Comfortable seats. Done well. Good price.
