💵 Can I settle the balance in cash on arrival?

Don’t worry. We’ll message you the moment your flight lands. If we don’t get a quick reply, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall automatically. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave a passenger behind.

⏱ How long will the driver wait once I arrive?

On domestic flights, we allow up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

On international flights, the courtesy window is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes beyond the agreed time.

⏳ What if a passenger needs more than two hours to exit the airport?

This is rare, since two free hours of wait time are already built in. If you’re still inside the airport past that, the ride may count as a no-show. You can also request extra wait time at a cost of US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.

📦 Do you take extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance is one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
